Hemko is unable to authorize a refund for an event as we have a NO REFUND policy, which was agreed upon during online registration.

If you feel that you have been billed incorrectly, please contact customer support via email so that we may review your situation.

Shipping & Delivery

If you purchase a physical good from us, we will ship it to you within 48 business hours of receiving your order. Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. The shipping choice will be regular US mail. Hemko is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
